  【范文】

  Helping strangers has always been considered as a treasured virtue of mankind. We need help from others throughout our life, whenever we travel to other places or stay at home. On the other hand, helping others can make us happy. We feel great joy when we are trusted, needed and able to give a hand.

  However, some people are cautious when it comes to helping strangers. They say that helping others involves risks of getting hurt or cheated. Lending a hand to a stranger often puts us in a vulnerable position for it means trusting someone we do not even know. Moreover, there are times when we have physical limitations. For instance, we can’t swim but a girl is drowning, what should we do? If we are blind to that limitation, giving a hand would conversely take our life.

  Green Consumption

  1. 綠色消費(fèi)的概念在中國日漸流行

  2. 中國推行綠色消費(fèi)還存在許多困難

  3. 如何解決這個(gè)問題

  Green Consumption

  The conception of green consumption has gradually become popular in China. More and more green foods are making their appearance on the market and more and more

  people are becoming conscious of environmental protection.

  However, there still exist quite a few difficulties in the further promotion of green consumption. On the one hand, many people are still not quite clear of the advantages of green foods. On the other hand, due to high profits, many fake green foods are found in the market. Moreover, many consumers don’t want to pay extra money for green foods.

  There may be several ways to solve these problems. Firstly, the government should supervise the good quality strictly to protect consumers’ interests. Secondly, the conception of green consumption should be further promoted and emphasized. Thirdly, the government should work together with manufacturers to make the price more reasonable.

  手機(jī)影響學(xué)習(xí)嗎(Do Mobiles Distract Study)

  Wherever you are, you can see many people equipped with mobile phones. It seems that the world becomes smaller nowadays. You could be found wherever you are so long as you take the mobile phone with you and mobile phones are also becoming a new scene on campus.

  Students think it is extremely convenient for them to communicate with the outside world by using mobile phones, especially when they are hunting for jobs, so they call it an essential investment.

  Education experts analyze the entry of mobile phones into campus as an indication of social progress and mobile phones have been considered advanced for its attractive functions. The youth of today send messages, surf on the net, listen to music and even take photos by using their mobile phones. To some extent, it reflects that college students are more and more involved in this modern society, rather than pedants in the “ivory tower”.

  As a coin has two sides, the mobile phone, while providing convenience, causes trouble too. In classrooms, the untimely ringing interrupts lectures and destroys the atmosphere of study, so it prompts many complaints and the mobile phone users themselves also suffer.

  Therefore, we need to think more about how to integrate mobile phones properly into our lives.

  如何面對壓力(How to Cope with Pressure)

  1. 社會在發(fā)展,人們都面臨壓力;

  2. 面對壓力,應(yīng)該采取何種態(tài)度;

  At a fast-speed society, every one of us is exposed to great pressure in both life and work. Therefore it is increasingly important for us to learn how to cope with pressure. In my opinion, the best way to cope with pressure is keeping a good mood.

  Keeping a good mood is important because it can help us solve various problems in life. The following two situations can enable us to clearly see how a positive attitude helps us cope with unpleasant things. Take English learning for example. In our effort to grasp English, mistakes are inevitable. From one perspectives mistakes are annoying, but a positive attitude can make us realize that only through making mistakes can we make progress. Sometimes one may come down with a serious cold, feeling depressed. But a change in attitude will enable us to look at the thing from a positive perspective. The illness will teach us the importance of health.

  As we can see, a positive and happy attitude can help us deal with mistakes in the right way and find comfort in time of sorrow. Its importance must be paid more attention.

  On Plastic Surgery

  Under the influence of Korean drama and movies, many people prefer to become prettier through all kinds of plastic surgery, such as face-lifting, double eyelids, high nose and plump breast.

  Different people have different opinions on this issue. Some favor it because it is a great method to be more beautiful. In addition, appearance plays an important role in interview: the charming men and attractive ladies will usually have more chance to win a position. However, some people believe that natural beauty is the prettiest thing in the world. What’s more, it often costs an arm and a leg to carry out an operation, and people suffer a lot since one has to do the complementary plastic surgeries several times so as to perfect it.

  As far as I am concerned, everyone is unique in the world. It is better to keep the originality rather than copy one pretty face.

  Waste Sorting

  1.目前很多人扔垃圾時(shí)不分類;

  2.由此帶來的問題;

  3. 提倡垃圾分類的意義。

  Waste Sorting

  Many people in China are still used to throwing away the rubbish unsorted despite a decade of calls for waste-sorting. For example, rubbish bins marked with “recyclable” are still seen to be full of unrecyclable kitchen waste and recyclable plastic bottles.

  People’s throwing rubbish unsorted will bring about some problems. First of all, it causes a big waste of recyclable resources. Second, rubbish that should be recycled and reused but is mixed with the unrecyclable stuff will take up a lot of space in the landfill site. Last but not the least, it will add to the difficulty in and the cost of waste treatment.

  Considering the problems mentioned, we find it not hard to see then environmental and economic benefits of carrying out the practice of waste sorting. On one hand, with recyclable waste sorted, and taken out, the amount of waste will be reduced greatly and more space will thus be saved. On the other hand, less waste means less wasted transportation and treatment, and less impact on the environment.
